Yes the inspector clearly pointed out items that were major concerns, if any, what were minor issues, and what was just maintenance issues. The inspector also gave on site recommendations for repair and replacement of defects.

The inspector pointed out many things but was unclear on site as to recommendations for repair or replacement.
